Shipping Information

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

All orders are dispatched via courier service or international air mail. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

 

Deliveries typically take between 2-3 days via a door to door courier service, so please ensure someone is present at the time of delivery. 

Delivery is free for orders above R500 within South Africa

For orders below R500 a delivery fee of R100 for the Cape Town area, and R150 outside the Cape Town area, will be charged.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases of BioMist MD products made from our online store. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please follow the steps set out below.

 

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email: hello@biomistmd.co.za prior to sending your parcel back. We accept returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 7 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products.

 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is damaged. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

 

Goods must be returned in their original condition. If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the item back. Please ensure that faulty items are returned in a clean condition. 

 

If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform BioMist MD within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

 

The provision of goods and services by BioMist MD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BioMist MD will contact you with options

 

Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by BioMist MD.
